Bloomingdale, IL— Lakeview Memory Care Community — Today RJ Development, LLC, and Koelsch Senior Communities held a groundbreaking ceremony to begin construction for a new memory care community in Bloomingdale, Illinois. The property is located at 241 East Lake Street, Bloomingdale, IL, and is expected to open in the Winter of 2017.
Lakeview Memory Care Community will be a one-story, 34,000-square-foot, 65-bed facility operated by Olympia, WA-based Koelsch Senior Communities, and financed by First Merchants Bank. Lakeview Memory Care Community marks the 15th memory care project RJ Development has partnered on with Koelsch Senior Communities.
