Glen Ellyn, IL— Maple Glen Memory Care Community — Today RJ Development, LLC, and Koelsch Senior Communities began construction for a new memory care community in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The property is located at 750 S. Park Boulevard, Glen Ellyn, IL, and is expected to open in the Winter of 2017.
Maple Glen Memory Care Community will be a one-story, 34,000-square-foot, 65-bed facility operated by Olympia, WA-based Koelsch Senior Communities, and financed by First Merchants Bank. Maple Glen Memory Care Community marks the 16th memory care project RJ Development has partnered on with Koelsch Senior Communities.
