Northbrook, IL— Northbrook Inn Memory Care Community — Today RJ Development, LLC announced the zoning approval for a 69 bed Memory Care Community in Northbrook, IL.
The plan to begin construction in March 2015 will fill a growing demand for memory care options in an area with an increasing senior population. RJ is privileged to provide a “best practices” care environment to the Village residents, in partnership with Koelsch Senior Communities.
RJ Development is excited and honored to be a part of Northbrook, and has enjoyed working closely with the Village of Northbrook to see this project to fruition. The Northbrook Inn Memory Care Community will be a 69 bed facility and be operated by Koelsch Senior Communities, based out of Olympia, WA. Northbrook Inn Memory Care Community marks the 14th memory care project RJ Development has partnered on with Koelsch Senior Communities.
